1. Initial Contact

• Reach Out: Start by filling out the contact form or sending an email at giancarlo@elevatedsoundworks.com. Share a bit about your project and what you're looking to achieve.​

• Discovery Call: I'll set up a quick call to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and determine the best path forward.​

2. Project Planning

• Define Scope: Based on our conversation, I'll outline the project's details, including services required, timelines, and deliverables.​

• Agreement: You'll agree to the Service Agreement summarizing the project scope, pricing, and terms. Once you review and agree, we'll move forward.​

3. Payment & Onboarding

• Invoice: I'll send you an invoice via Stripe for secure payment. Full payment is required upfront to kickstart the project.​

• File Submission: After payment, you'll receive instructions on how to submit your audio files, notes, and any other relevant materials through an upload system.

4. Production Process

• Editing & Mixing: I'll get to work, applying professional editing, mixing, and mastering techniques to enhance your audio.​

• Communication: I'll keep you updated on my progress and reach out if I need any additional information.​

5. Review & Revisions

• Initial Delivery: You'll receive the first version of your project to review.​

• Feedback: Let me know if there are any tweaks or adjustments you'd like. Depending on your service tier, a set number of revisions are included. Additional revisions can be requested for a fee.​

6. Final Delivery

• Approval: Once you're satisfied with the final product, I'll prepare the files for delivery.​

• File Transfer: You'll receive a link to download your completed audio files. Remember, project files are stored for 30 days post-completion, so be sure to back them up.​

7. Ongoing Support

• Follow-Up: I'm here to answer any questions even after the project wraps up. Feel free to reach out for additional services or support.​
